Any order by a customer (i.e. you) entails the explicit acceptance of the terms and conditions described below.
The products presented on the site are available as long as these are in stock. The range of products offered may be modified due to constraints by our suppliers or makers. If, despite our vigilance, the displayed items are unavailable, we will inform the customer by e -mail as soon as possible. In case of unavailability, Impulse cannot provide a product of equivalent quality and price, the purchase will be canceled and we will make an immediate refund. In case of non compliance of the product delivered to its description on the site, thank you to contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Buyers should check the import law of their country before placing order to Impulse101. We will not take any responsibility if items get confiscated and seizure by customs. We will not refund the cost of the items that have been purchased to us.

The products said "available upon order" are not in stock. These are available from our distributors. We will get these products once we receive an order from a customer. This can take 2 or 3 days and sometimes a week depending on distributors' availability. Tokyo Marui products are available for shipping in 24 or 48 hours (except week-end).

Once you confirm your order, you state to fully accept this order and the following conditions and terms of sales without reserve. The checkout process consists of 4 steps : billing address (and/or shipping address), shipping method, payment with Paypal and confirmation. We will send you a confirmation mail with your order information.
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released, the release date (precise or extimate) and the retail price are known. The pre-ordered items will be shipped once they are released and available at our office. If your order contains available items and pre-order items, then you order will be shipped as soon as all the items are gathered.
Impulse101 provides reservation campaigns for highly expected products. There are no payments to be done at the reservation time. Your reservation gives you priority on ordering the products once their retail price and release date are known. The products will then be shipped as soon as they are released on the market.
Please reserve only if you are sure about your future purchase, reservation cancellation is an issue for products stocks.
All the prices displayed on the product page are tax in prices shown in JPY (Japanese Currency : JPY ). Display in another currencies are for value information, be aware that this will not be the retailing price Prices do not include participation in shipping. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the buying process before payment. We accept credit card transactions only through Paypal and Paypal transfers. For credit card transactions, all the payment process is securely handled by Paypal. Be aware that it is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. Impulse does not keep any record of your credit card or other financial information. All financial transactions are encrypted securely and handled by PayPal. If any problems occur during the payment checking procedure, we will contact the customer. The import of a product from Japan may be subject to taxes and to custom fees in the country of delivery. Upon receipt of your payment , the order is processed and shipped within 24 hours minimum to 5 working days maximum (except for products requested through Impulse request system and products not stored on order).
2. Shipping cost
Rates for delivery depend on the country of receipt, package weight and shipping method. The customer chooses the shipping method rate after confirming the shopping cart and giving the shipping address. The shipping rates are valid in the case of a purchase online Impulse101, but not for shipment considered as "exceptional" (professional order or return package). Impulse reserves the right to modify the shipping method selected by the customer when the weight and size of the package is too large. The shipment may be divided in several parcels.
3. Parcel receipt
If the customer does not receive their order, they should first go to their local post office to check if the parcel is waiting for delivery. If not please contact us. Impulse101 is committed to respond at its best to this kind of problem and find a satisfactory solution for the customer. Thank you to contact us if the package is not received after 45 days after shipment.
EMS (Chronopost) :
The customer is responsible for online tracking of the package as Impulse101 will give the tracking number. Carriers cannot always access the mailboxes to drop transit advice, it may be necessary to contact them by phone to arrange delivery. Impulse101 cannot be held responsible for the return of a parcel in Japan if the customer has not contacted the carrier in time for delivery. In the case of a returned package, it is necessary to pay once again the shipping fee, which we will be anyway charged by the carrier. The shipping costs that apply will be actual postage fee and not the rates displayed on Impulse's website when purchasing.
In case of dissatisfaction, the customer has 7 days from receipt to make a claim for a refund, an exchange. Any request for a remand order must be made by e-mail . This e-mail must include the reason for the return and the order number. Shipping fees will not be refunded as the return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The returned product must be in good condition (as new), in its original packaging.
If your package is damaged, thank you to contact the customer service and send a photograph of the defective products, with the order number.
It is possible to cancel your order and get a full refund if your package has not been shipped in the case of an order for a product in stock. Products ordered through the Impulse101 query system are not refundable.
Thank you to contact us quickly as the packages are usually sent within 24 hours after purchase. If the package is returned due to non-payment of taxes and customs, we will refund your entire order after removing the actual cost of shipping we have been charged by the carrier.
Impulse101 will refund within a maximum period of 5 days after having received the goods in the case of a return, according to the same payment method used when ordering.
