Air Mail with tracking number (Japan Post)
Air Mail is a delivery service provided by the Japanese National Post. The average delivery time to Europe and North America is approximately one week*. Each parcel comes with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order online. The parcel is insured, with coverage based on the declared value indicated on the attached invoice. The tracking number is issued by the Japanese Post and may change once the parcel arrives in the destination country. Online tracking (via the Japanese Post English website) will only show the location where your parcel is being processed and the completion of the delivery. To obtain the exact status of your order, you will need to visit your local post office with the tracking number issued in Japan.

EMS (Express Mail Shipping)
EMS is an "express" shipping method with a typical delivery time of 7 days. In France, the relay is handled by Chronopost and USPS for the USA. For other countries, please refer to the EMS website. The parcel is insured, with coverage based on the declared value indicated on the attached invoice. This delivery method includes a tracking number that can be entered on the Chronopost website or the website of the company handling EMS parcels in your country. We do not offer economic and SAL shipment methods to avoid unfortunate situations such as parcel loss.
DHL
DHL shipping service is currently available for a limited number of areas, primarily in the USA.
Please note that DHL does not deliver to PO BOX addresses in the USA.

II . DELIVERY ISSUES
If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us via email. Be sure to include your order number in your email so we can address your request promptly.
1 . Delay : Please check with your post office to see if the package is awaiting delivery after an initial attempt at the destination address. If the parcel is not at the post office, please contact us via email. For EMS parcels, please use the online tracking number and contact the carrier in your country
2 . Damage : Are your items damaged or broken? Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the package by email, including photos and a detailed explanation of the damage.
3 . Error : Is there an error with your package? We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us to resolve the issue.
4 . Parcel return : Your package has been returned to us by the postal service for various reasons (such as an error in the destination address, unknown address, or the claim period being exceeded). We will contact you to arrange a new delivery. In this case, the shipping charges will apply, rather than the carrier rates listed on the Impulse101 website.
III . TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES
Importing a product from Japan may incur taxes and duties in the destination country. These additional costs are the customer's responsibility. They include the sales tax in the destination country (applied to the total cost of the order), duties on the cost of products (approximately 6% for the European Union), and fees to the shipping company.
