★ “Hush Puppy” Suppressed Pistol Model Gun ★

The S&W M39 was the first double-action semi-automatic pistol developed by Smith & Wesson in the 1950s.

Primarily known for its revolvers at the time, Smith & Wesson created the M39 as a major step into the semi-automatic pistol market. The pistol later became the foundation for the company’s automatic pistol series.

Its simple and efficient design offered excellent versatility and earned strong recognition, particularly among law enforcement agencies. Several variants were also adopted in Japan.

The M39 remains a historic model that retains all the classic charm of vintage semi-automatic pistols.

The “Mk.22 Mod0” is the suppressed version equipped with a large suppressor.
Its nickname, “Hush Puppy,” comes from the expression that “even a noisy target becomes quiet after receiving this (bullet).”

To minimize firing noise, the pistol used dedicated ammunition together with a large suppressor and featured a slide-lock mechanism that manually locks the slide in place.

About the operation

To faithfully reproduce the characteristic manual loading and manual extraction system using the slide-lock mechanism, this model includes dedicated cartridges.

Please note that using standard 9mm cartridges may cause damage.

This “Mk.22 Mod0,” commonly known as the “Hush Puppy,” comes equipped with its signature oversized suppressor.

It features high-profile front and rear sights designed for proper sight alignment even while the suppressor is installed.

A dedicated muzzle cover for use without the suppressor is also included.

The grip is a dedicated plastic grip design.
