TOKYO MARUI SAIGA-12K REASSEMBLY GUIDE
STEP 1 :
Please make sure you have all the parts as shown in the picture below ↓
STEP 2 :
Let's start the reassembly of the front "barrel unit" with the receiver.
Please make sure the 2 springs from the loading gate (ASG-7) are straight ↓
AlsoA please check that the "shaft stopper spring" (ASG-97 / C shaped spring) and the "stock lock lever spring" (ASG-101) and the 4mm bearing ball (ASG-102) are in place. ↓
And slide the front set into the receiver ↓
STEP 3 :
Screw the 4 receiver screws (ASG-96 / M4x10 BTR button screws), 2 on the left side, 2 on the right side ↓
STEP 4 :
Now let’s screw back in place the stock lock lever (ASG-103) with its screw (ASG-104) ↓
Before starting to screw please check that the lever end is placed as it should and that it is spring loaded (ASG-101/102)
STEP 5 :
Put the pin (ASG-98 / shaft) back from the left side of the SAIGA-12K ↓
STEP 6 :
The handguard is to be put back like so ↓
Start with the front and snap the back onto the barrel ↓
Then slide the handguard backward to make it fit ↓
Screw the sling attachment assembly (ASG-32/33/34) ↓
STEP 7 :
Screw the pistol grip using the long screw and the bolt on the receiver side ↓
STEP 8 :
Reassemble the bolt with its recoil spring / spring guide and bolt cover, and put back the top cover back in place ↓
Your SAIGA-12K is now ready ！！！
