A Patrol Rifle Customized for Law Enforcement

The “FPR MK 4” patrol rifle joins the first EVOLT RS electric airsoft gun series, designed to deliver realistic dimensions, authentic operation, and powerful recoil shock during firing.

Its exterior has been carefully reproduced using measurements taken from the real firearm to achieve an even higher level of realism. Internally, it features a split-type gearbox and the “M-SYSTEM Type II,” optimized specifically for the M4 series.

New technologies developed for the EVOLT / EVOLT RS platform have also been incorporated into the chamber and magazine mechanisms, further enhancing both operational realism and shooting performance. The result is an airsoft rifle that raises visual authenticity, handling, and firing quality to an even higher level.

Recoil Shock Model

Pulling the trigger activates a weight inside the buffer tube simultaneously with firing, generating a powerful recoil impulse. A low-friction POM guide allows the 300g weight to move smoothly, further enhancing recoil realism.

Separate-Type Mecha Box

The gearbox has been divided into a “Cylinder Assembly” and a “Gear Box,” allowing the upper receiver assembly and lower receiver assembly to separate completely. Despite being an electric airsoft gun, this enables highly realistic field stripping and takedown procedures.

Dedicated protective covers are included to safeguard the internal mechanisms when storing or transporting the upper and lower assemblies separately.

The cylinder uses a small-bore design with fluorine-lubricated plating for smooth operation and minimal excess volume.

EG1000BR Motor

The rifle is equipped with the newly developed “EG1000BR Motor,” featuring a reverse-type design with bearings.

The three gears that transfer motor rotation to the cylinder — bevel gear, spur gear, and sector gear — have been redesigned. Instead of conventional sintered manufacturing, they are produced using MIM (Metal Injection Molding). Combined with the enlarged 4mm shaft diameter of the spur and sector gears, this results in improved durability, smoother rotation, and exceptional quietness.

High-precision bearings manufactured by MinebeaMitsumi are used for the gear shafts.

M-SYSTEM Type II

The gearbox features the “M-SYSTEM Type II,” specially redesigned and optimized for M4 platforms based on the M-SYSTEM used in the next-generation MP5 series.

The MCU (Microcontroller Unit) monitors sensor data and various voltage levels throughout the system, controlling firing modes and motor rotation. It also detects damage or abnormalities and automatically stops operation for enhanced safety and reliability.

Pursuit of Realistic Exterior Reproduction

Measurements were taken directly from a non-firing real firearm to faithfully reproduce the dimensions of components such as the upper/lower receivers, rail handguard, grip, and buffer tube.

The receiver is finished with Cerakote for excellent coating strength and abrasion resistance. Reinforced resin is used for the grip material, achieving both realistic thinness and durability. The grip is intentionally left unpainted to reproduce the authentic texture of the real firearm.

New Chamber and Magazine Mechanisms

Several newly developed systems improve both performance and safety:

• “Stabilizer Nozzle” improves accuracy by stabilizing nozzle positioning.
• “Inner Elevation” applies upward tension to the magazine inner assembly to prevent feeding issues.
• “One-by-One Loading System” closes the internal magazine shutter after each BB is fed into the chamber, preventing additional BBs from entering the rifle until the next shot cycle.

These systems greatly enhance operational reliability and safety.

Realistic Operation

The rifle reproduces authentic handling procedures, including loading the first round by pulling the charging handle and holding the dummy bolt open after the magazine is empty, preventing firing until reloaded.

When removing a magazine that still contains BBs and pulling the trigger, the rifle also simulates “a round remaining in the chamber.”
※For safety reasons, no BB is fired in this condition.

Realistic Pressed-Steel Magazine

Magazine capacity: 81 rounds.

The rifle includes a dedicated magazine featuring a steel-pressed outer shell for enhanced realism. It is specifically designed for EVOLT / EVOLT RS M4 models and incorporates both the “Inner Elevation System” and “One-by-One Loading System.”
