TOMYTEC / FIGMA - Special Forces Operator

The second installment in the authentic military “figma” series based on the 1/12 scale firearm model line Little Armory features a Special Forces operative.

This figure is inspired by the U.S. Army Special Forces, known as the “Green Berets.” Their primary missions include building partnerships with foreign nations and conducting unconventional warfare. This elite force is composed of specialists from various fields who have passed a rigorous selection process.

Using figma’s original joint parts, the figure allows for smooth and precise posing to recreate a wide range of scenes. The neck and shoulders feature a two-stage articulation system, enabling realistic rifle-handling poses. Separate knee pad parts, double-jointed knees, and the use of soft materials in key areas preserve proportions while allowing dynamic Special Forces-style posing.

The styling is based on textbook Special Forces gear, making it compatible with weapons from various countries. The figure features full tampo printing to replicate the universally used camouflage pattern favored by Special Forces worldwide—each figure undergoes over 200 tampo pad applications.

The helmet-mounted night vision device can be swapped out. The URGI-type carbine, exclusive to Special Forces, is faithfully recreated in its 14.5-inch configuration. The set includes both a pre-assembled figure for easy handling and a highly detailed assembly kit. Also included is a Mk27-type pistol that fits into the holster.

A figma stand with a movable support arm is included to enable a variety of action scenes.
