TN Barrel for Maruzen APS-3 This is a dedicated TN Barrel for the Maruzen APS-3, designed specifically for precision shooting. To install it, please refer to the APS-3 manual, diagrams 16 and 17, and replace Chamber Packing 1/2 with the TN Barrel.

"TN Barrel"
The TN Barrel is the flagship product of KM, crafted using carefully selected brass materials. It features the unique "TN Coating," which is applied with a proprietary method that adjusts the coating's thickness electrostatically within the hollow interior. This results in barrels with a consistent inner diameter of 6.04mm and minimal tolerance variations.

"HOP Groove Processing"
Processing HOP grooves demands exceptional precision. While conventional HOP grooves are often made using end mill machining on lathes, we take a more meticulous approach. Using submersion-type electrical discharge machines, we process each HOP groove individually, which, although time-consuming and costly, ensures unparalleled quality.

"TN Coating"
TN Coating is a specialized Teflon-based coating enhanced with various additives. It offers excellent anti-friction and gliding properties, with durability surpassing typical electroplated finishes. TN Coating also resists dirt accumulation, making maintenance simple and less demanding. With regular cleaning of the inner barrel using a maintenance rod, its performance can be maintained effectively.
